All graphics on this website are my original copyrighted creations unless otherwise stated.

You must have a family friendly website in english or scandinavian.

NO porn, Animal abuse, Hate, Violence, Discriminating Websites allowed.
This includes being linked to these kind of sites.

You must have the "No Right Click Script", "IE6 Image Toolbar Disabler"
and "Disable Drop and Drag Script"

MSN Community, E-Groups sites and similar, I do not allow these sites due to,
you can't add the NRC & Disable Toolbar codes to these sites.

Do not alter or change my graphics in any way, no rezising or recoloring.

Do not share in any way my graphics in any mailinglists, forums, egroups or anywhere else.

If you buy for a friend as a gift, please let me know!

You must have a working website (ie. not closed or under construction)

Tubes:
General terms apply.
You must display your tube logo on every page where my tubes appear.
The logo must be linked back to http://tubes4you.com

Do not distribute tubes "as is" for any purpose.

You are not allowed to change the tube's name

You may not alter my tubes in anyway, only turnaround and mirror

You may not give away or sell my tubes as they are, that includes sharing
them in sharing groups such as MSN/Yahoo Groups or Newsgroups.

You have to add graphics to them first then you are allowed to create; sigtag,
letters, ecards, adoptions, etcfor personal use, linkware or profit.
Only adding text is not acceptable.

The tubes will come to you in . PSP format.
I will only sell limited amounts of each set unless otherwise stated.

As is Licence:
You are allowed to offer these tubes as they are in your password protected members area.
Make sure to let your members know that when they use my As Is tubes they have to give credit to http://tubes4you.com as well.

Lineart:
General terms apply.
You may NOT resell my lineart. It must be shaded (not floodfill!!) first.
You may NOT Tube these lines unless you have purchased a tube license from me.
A logo will be provided for you and must be linked back to http://tubes4you.com

All Line packs will come in gif format.

Tube Licence:
You can create Premades, Sigtags, websets etc. You are allowed to tube these lines for profit or non profit.

As is Licence:
You are allowed to offer these lines as they are in your password protected members area.
Make sure to let your members know that when they use my As Is Lineart they have to give credit to http://tubes4you.com as well.
You cannot make tutorials with my lineart
